A: Once you place your order, you can track the progress on our website, by logging into your
account. Once the products are dispatched, you will receive an email and text notification which will
confirm the details and let you know the delivery date.

A: You will receive emails and text messages from our end, at each step of your product journey.

When your order is shipped, we will send you an email and, later on, if you want to track the status
of your order, you can use the tracking number to check on your products. And, if you do not have
an account, you can track your order with the link you receive over email/SMS. 

Q.3. What should I do if my products are not being delivered on time?
A: Due to the supply chain and delivery issues facing all of us currently, there may be some delays in

Q.4. What should I do if I receive incomplete or damaged products?
A: The Secret Dew always tries to offer you only the best of products and services. However, if you
do end up receiving damaged or incomplete products, there is no need to be worried. The damage
may have been caused during transit and we are here to help you out. You can contact our

about the issue and we will ensure that the product is replaced as soon as possible.

Q.5. What is your policy on cash on delivery?

A: For all cash-on-delivery purchases, an additional handling fee of 90 INR plus shipping charges will
be applied at checkout. We will call your mobile number to confirm the order prior to processing
your COD order. Any unreachable customer will be emailed for further contact. If we are unable to
get in touch with you for 85 days from the date of your order, it will automatically get cancelled.

options. COD is also accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Orders that are placed can be cancelled on the same day by reaching out to our customer care in
time that is before the order is shipped. If you cancel it in time, will refund the full amount back into
your account. It may take 8 - 9 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

A: Currently, Secret Dew offers customers fragrant body wash, fragranced body lotion and premium
body mist in six variants, each of which narrates a unique story.

A: At present, The Secret Dew is offering six unique and specially curated for all skin types namely Dreamy Desire, Rolling Meadows, Mojito Moments, Andaaz-e-Oud, Earthy Embers and Immortal Romance.

Q.3. How long can the product be used after opening?
A: The Secret Dew offers products with natural ingredients and skin friendly properties. They can be used for 36 months, or 3 years, from the date of packaging, which can be seen on the product container. Further, it is advisable to use the products within 18 months from the date of opening.

Q.4. Are the products suitable for all skin types?
A: The Secret Dew has put in considerable effort to design luxurious and premium personal care products which are mild on the skin and made of natural ingredients. As a skin-friendly range, The Secret Dew products can be used by people with all skin types, including sensitive skin.

Q.5. Are the products tested on animals?
A: The Secret Dew is a cruelty free personal care brand and we ensure that none of our products are tested on animals.

Q.6. Are the products Paraben-Free?
A: Yes, all The Secret Dew products are absolutely free of harmful parabens and we use natural formulations and luxurious French fragrances to design the products. Our preservatives also do not contain paraben.

Usage of the Product

Q.1. How often should people use fragranced body lotion?
A: As The Secret Dew caters to all skin types, the usage depends on the person applying it. If you have dry skin, you should apply the lotions 2 times during summer and 3-4 times during winter. For other skin types, you can apply the body lotion once a day, during summer, and twice a day during winters. Massage it into the skin gently until it is fully absorbed to get oil-free, nourished and moisturised skin.

Q.2. Is the fragranced body lotion suitable for application on the face?
A: The Secret Dew is committed to offering customers only the best and most luxurious products and our fragranced body lotions are designed with balanced formulations and natural ingredients, which make it absolutely safe for application on the face. However, if you use medicated products on your face, it is advisable to avoid using the lotion on your face.

Q.3. What is the best way to use fragrant body wash?
A: Pour a small amount of the fragrant body wash on a wet loofah or hand and massage all over your body to form a rich lather. Rinse it off with water to leave your skin feeling cleansed and refreshed.

Q.4. How should I use the premium body mist by The Secret Dew?
A: The premium body mist can be used directly on your skin as it is composed of skin friendly ingredients. For best results, it is advised to use the premium body mist after taking a bath.

Placing order

Q.1. How can I be sure that my order has been successfully placed?
A: The Secret Dew will send you a confirmation email and message to tell you that your order has been placed successfully.

Q.2. What should I do if my payment is declined?
A: There may be many reasons for your payment being declined but do not worry. You will know that your payment is unsuccessful when you see a denial notification at the time of the final checkout. If this happens, you should return to the checkout page and check the details of the payment, to ensure that there is no issue from your end. Once you are sure, you can re-submit your order. A: While The Secret Dew wishes that you don’t have to cancel your orders, you can follow this process for cancellation - if the product is yet to be dispatched from our warehouse, you can cancel the order from the website itself. If you wish to cancel after the order has been dispatched, you have the option of refusing to accept the delivery, in which case the products will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive your refund, after we receive the unaccepted order, with the exclusion
of the postage and packaging charges.

A: The Secret Dew is taking all possible steps to bring you quality and premium products, at your doorstep. If you see the out of stock label on our website, we apologize for the inconvenience and request you to wait while we restock our shelves.
